Marketing Manager | Balmoral, NB

Due to growth, ALPA Equipment Ltd. is currently seeking a dynamic, motivated and driven individual to join our Marketing team!

This add is for a Marketing Manager position, Balmoral, NB location.

THE OPPORTUNITTY

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day marketing for all our branches including content creation, scheduling, posting and graphics.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Create content including but not limited to flyers, videos, and static content.
  • Oversee specific company-wide marketing campaigns, print, digital, analytical, and financial aspects of marketing projects.
  • Apply knowledge of the products, services, and our brands to develop customized marketing & sales strategies.
  • Develop and deliver marketing strategies and campaigns that align with the company's strategic vision and brand while working collaboratively with Senior Leadership.
  • Oversee the company’s website to ensure content remains current and engaging in positive public relations.
  • Responsible for creating awareness and brand loyalty among our customers.
  • Researching and monitoring trends for new marketing opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Responsible for creating and ordering promotional materials as requested.
  • Responsible for promotional activities within the company & coordinate company events.
  • Responsible of utilizing Co-op Program funds.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Education, experience, and skills required

  • Post Secondary Education - Bachelor’s degree Required.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Previous experience with Adobe Creative suite and InDesign.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding written and spoken communication skills.
  • Very organized with strong project management skills.
  • This role will require occasional travel to support company events.
  • Ability to work 40 + hours per week.
  • Bilingual (English & French).
